If at any time you are unsatisfied with your cooking service, please contact us. We will return to address any concerns at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority. In rare cases where issues persist, we may issue a full or partial refund of any deposits at our discretion.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your cooking service and are unable to reschedule, we will issue a full refund of any deposits provided the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
We treat your kitchen and property with utmost care. If anything is damaged or broken during the service, we will notify you promptly and take steps to repair or replace it. Please report any issues within 12 hours of service completion. Failure to do so may prevent resolution.
Jamaican Cooking Experience screens all staff thoroughly, but we recommend securing any valuables. We have a zero-tolerance policy for theft. If any theft is suspected, please contact law enforcement. We will fully cooperate in any investigation.
Payments are due before the date of service. We accept Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Cash. Bookings require a deposit to confirm your appointment.
Please provide appropriate access to your kitchen for our cooking staff. We treat any keys or access codes with care. Only staff assigned to your cooking service will be allowed on your premises.
Jamaican Cooking Experience will provide ingredients and cooking tools if applicable, or use what you supply—based on your preferences. Please inform us in advance if you have any specific dietary needs, ingredients, or kitchen equipment you'd like us to use.
Cooking services are generally available between 6am and 6pm Saturdays and Sundays. Requests for during the week or holidays may incur a surcharge. Please let us know your preferred time during booking.
Jamaican Cooking Experience provides home or event cooking tailored to your needs. We offer a free virtual consultation before the appointment to understand your preferences. Custom requests are welcome—no kitchen or meal is the same, and our team is happy to adapt.
Jamaican Cooking Experience provides standard pricing for most common meal types and cooking sessions. In special cases, we may require a consultation to provide a custom quote. Deposits are usually required to confirm appointments.
We do not charge by the hour. Our quotes cover the complete cooking service. Most meals are prepared and served within the scheduled time, but preparation time may vary depending on your menu and preferences.
You may reschedule your service with at least 48 hours' notice. Jamaican Cooking Experience may also reschedule if necessary (e.g., staff illness or emergencies) with 24 hours' notice to you.
By using the Jamaican Cooking Experience cooking service, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
