1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
2–3 tbsp honey (to taste)
1 tbsp oil

Stovetop smoker with applewood or pimento wood chips
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups water
½ tsp salt
1 tsp butter or oil (optional)
Stovetop method: Rinse rice until water runs clear. Add rice, water, salt, and butter to a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.

In a bowl, combine chicken, grated garlic, all-purpose seasoning, Grace Jerk Sauce, and honey.

Let it sit while the rice cooks.

Add chicken in a single layer.
Cook 4–5 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
