Oyster mushrooms
Oil (for lightly coating mushrooms)
Small Onion, diced
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 - 2 Stalks Green Onion, finely chopped
Bell peppers, diced
Thyme leaves (1 - 2 teaspoons)
Butter (2–3 tablespoons)
Grace Jerk Sauce (1–2 tablespoons)
Heavy cream/ Whipping Cream (½ cup)
Salt, to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Lightly coat the oyster mushrooms with oil, then place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 2–3 minutes, just until tender with a slight crisp. Set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the diced onion, green onions, thyme, garlic, and bell peppers until soft and fragrant.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of Grace Jerk Sauce, stirring well to combine.
Pour in ½ cup heavy cream, add salt to taste, and bring the sauce to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally until it thickens.
Turn off the heat, add the air-fried oyster mushrooms to the sauce, and gently coat them. Cover and let rest for a few minutes so the mushrooms absorb the jerk flavour.
